Neurographic Art.
7/13/2026.
Neurographic Art has become one of my favorite ways to slow down and quiet my mind. It is an intuitive drawing practice that begins with spontaneous, flowing lines. As the lines intersect, I round each sharp corner into soft curves, creating organic patterns inspired by the connections in the human brain. The process is calming, almost meditative, and once the drawing feels complete, I add color to bring the shapes to life. Every piece is unique, and that’s part of the beauty—there are no mistakes, only a reflection of where my mind was in that moment.

“Clarity”

“Freedom”

“Thoughtful”
These were fun to create, and going back to look at them is calming and relaxing. Happy I have this in my “tool chest” to recreate whenever I’m feeling anxiety. Before cancer, I’m not sure what I did to relieve stress. I am so blessed that I have found art as an outlet. What do you do to cope with stress? Angie
