For the first time, I have been “commissioned” to make a collage piece for a friend who is going to give it as a gift. I am so excited about this project. I have started to pull as much information and images as I can. I am researching to give me additional ideas.
Other things I have going on: I took a ceramics class yesterday at the Cancer Support Center. I’ll go again in two weeks to glaze my little pot (haha). I have actually signed up for an “AI for those over 40” class as well as an art therapy certificate class.
I’m still working on our trip to Italy and a possible trip to the beach this Spring. I have been more social lately, trying to branch out and join the “living”.
I do still get tired daily. Tomorrow I have a periodontist appointment in the morning. Lunch with a friend and then bunco at night. I plan to rest after the appointment and lunch so I can feel good at bunco. That’s the main thing I am consistently dealing with-fatigue.
But, overall, I’m doing well. I am now 9 months post-transplant. It seems like years ago. Angie
